The Carapace Story

I love my Apple Watch, but let's be honest; even with a fancy band, it doesn't always match the style we want.

While getting ready for a night out, I knew I didn’t want to sacrifice my coveted step goals and notifications by leaving my watch at home. I searched for something to elevate or cover my watch, but nothing was quite right.

So, I designed Carpace Cuff; a simple solution that incorporates an iconic design, quality metals, a protective liner, and a hinged clasp to access those notifications on a whim.

FAQ

What size watch does the Carapace Cuff cover?

Carapace Cuff was designed for the 40-41 mm Apple Watch face but works with other smartwatches with that size face or smaller.

How to find the right fit:

  • Put your smartwatch on with the most snug fitting that is comfortable
  • Wrap a soft tape measure around your smartwatch
  • Record the measurement

Our launch collection cuffs accommodate up to 21 cm (8.25 inches). More sizes are coming soon!

If you do not have a soft tape measure, use tape or thread to get the circumference. Measure that with a ruler and determine proper sizing with the measurement chart. If you have any questions or need further sizing help, please reach out via the Contact page!
How do I take care of my Cuff?

Here are some tips to extend the life of your Carapace Cuff:

  • Maintain the Cuff's beautiful finish by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, make-up or any harsh cleaning products.
  • Remove your Cuff before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
  • To clean or polish, use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove any debris.
  • Store your Cuff in the velvet pouch included with your purchase.
Is the Carapace Cuff protected during shipping and storage?

Your Carapace Cuff will come in a quality box and velvet pouch, ideal for gifting and for storing your jewelry safely.
When will my Carapace Cuff ship?

Our team ships Monday - Friday via USPS within 5-7 business days. Shipping is nonrefundable.
